Corporate Ownership and Control is published quarterly by Virtus Interpress.

The title of the journal reflects the oldest issue of corporate governance - issue of separation of ownership and control.
We focus on a broad range of cornerstone issues of corporate governance, i.e. board of directors, corporate control, executive compensation, audit, financial reporting, conflict of interest, shareholder rights, etc.

The journal was launched in 2003. Starting with 2018 it is a complete Open Access journal.

Corporate Ownership and Control journal adheres to the BOAI definition of open access: that users have the right to "read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles".

Corporate Ownership and Control metrics (years 2003-2023): h-index - 64, i10-index - 641 based on Google Scholar.
